Mary Kate is the Founder and Executive Director of Box United. She formerly worked as a Fulbright scholar to South Africa, a coordinator at the United Nations Foundation, and a management consultant at Accenture. Mary Kate is a current MBA student at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business with a concentration in entrepreneurship and social impact. Mary Kate is a trained boxing and yoga instructor and is on a mission to bring the power of boxing to every Chicago girl.

Claire is a fundraising professional, fitness enthusiast, and advocate of women's health. She holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science and a master's degree in Public Administration and Management from DePaul University. Claire is a former Fulbright scholar to Spain, and has professional experience in grants management, research administration, and community engagement. Claire is a fitness instructor and strength coach in the local Chicago area and is delighted to be a part of the Box United team.
Alexandra Foster

Alexandra is the Chief Operating Officer of Box United. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and previously led a Seattle-based nonprofit providing free afterschool programming to Title I schools. She is committed to helping grassroots youth organizations practice operational excellence, build strong systems, and scale high-quality programming.
